LimeWire is a software package which enables individuals to search for and share computer files with anyone on the Internet. A product of Lime Wire, LLC, LimeWire is compatible with the Gnutella file-sharing protocol and can connect with anyone else running Gnutella-compatible software. At startup, the LimeWire program will connect, via the Internet, to the LimeWire Gateway, a specialized intelligent Gnutella router, at startup to maximize the user's viewable network space. Limewire is written in Java, and will run on any machine with an Internet connection and the ability to run Java version 1.1.8.

The current version of LimeWire brings unprecedented functionality and ease of use to the Gnutella network. In addition, it does more than any other software to improve and maintain the health of the Gnutella Network as a whole:

Empire of the Ants is a real-time strategy game based on the best-selling novel of the same name, written by Bernard Werber. Players take on the role of an up-and-coming ant commander that has been given the task to oversee the welfare and expansion of a colony of russet ants. Each player must build up their forces, guard their anthill, collect food and building materials, and maintain and grow their colony of ants. For each mission, players are given specific objectives at the start of each level, which can vary from collecting of food units to killing the enemy. Multiplayer mode allows for up to 8 players over LAN or Internet to take part in multiplayer skirmishes with a wealth of options and play styles; such as allowing predators into the game area or selecting the Queen into play, who must then be defended.
